The councils are grateful to the Adur and Worthing business community for taking part in the business
consultations over the last five years and for highlighting the following six key economic priorities:
The councils’ Economic Plan is being designed to address these key economic priorities and to help
strengthen the local economy and encourage sustainable growth. Adur and Worthing councils will
work with partners to develop a detailed delivery plan to ensure a co-ordinated, cohesive approach
that maximises resources and funding opportunities.
