The councils’ Tourism team’s main objectives are to promote the destination, develop the
tourism product and support the visitor economy. The team offers expert tourism advice, local
knowledge, general support and specialist tourism training.
The councils also provide the VisitWorthing Information Centre, located at the Worthing Dome
on the seafront, which is open throughout the year and is the ‘face’ of Worthing & Adur tourism.
The vibrant centre offers much more than you’d expect from a traditional TIC, working with local
suppliers and businesses to promote and sell their products.
