Small to medium sized enterprises dominate the local
economy, but Wychavon also has its share of house-
hold names such as Vax, and Müller Wiseman Dairies.
There are also healthy levels of start-up businesses
with good survival rates. In 2011, there were 6,430
local units in VAT and/or PAYE based enterprises in
Wychavon, just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the
total number of businesses trading in the district.
