apprenticeship and traineeship
opportunities accessible and relevant
to all young people in Brent.

Employment
We want to see a reduction in
the level of unemployment in the
borough, reversing the current trend
for youth unemployment whilst
increasing the skill level and
resilience of our residents to respond
to a changing labour market.
With our partners, we design,
commission and deliver projects
and activities that support residents
into employment, overcoming
challenging constraints.
Targeting our priority
neighbourhoods, Brent Council
and our partners want to give every
resident the support they need to
access employment and achieve
self-sustaining lives.

resource with information, advice and
guidance, complemented by a
networking platform.
