and has built up its portfolio in the county

As part of its development operations,
Coastal has provided new homes in
prominent locations in the town centres
of Neath and Port Talbot, replacing older
and outdated buildings.
Schemes in the borough include Customs
House, Jubilee Court, Ysbryd y Mor, Ty
Twyn Teg, Ty Victoria, Windsor Court,
Harlequin Court, Penderyn House and
Porth Nedd.
Coastal has an exciting programme of
forthcoming developments that will
continue the good work already completed
across the borough. Its latest development
at Green Park in Port Talbot is part of the
Welsh Government’s Vibrant and Viable
Places programme.
As well as being committed to the areas
in which it operates, Coastal works hard to
ensure that every pound it spends delivers
maximum benefits. To date Coastal has
provided over thirty employment and
training opportunities on its developments
in the borough.
